Step1. Initial research generates a list of 50-100 potential suppliers using web directories

Step2. Assume the vendor is a middleman until proven, not the other way around.

1.Factory Quality System Assessment
Selecting the right vendor is one of the most important conditions for successful sourcing. 2.Pre-production Inspection(PPI)

l Check the quantity, production capacity and monitor the production schedule.

  1. During Production Inspection(DPI)

  1. Container Loading Supervision

This is carried out in the manufacturer’s warehouse or at the forwarder’s premises.

Our inspectors will check products’ information, quantity, packaging, marking when loading; supervise the whole loading process and help manufacturer finish loading under correct and clear working clauses and working process.

Main check point for loading supervision:

l Record the weather, arrival time of container, container No., truck No.

l Check the inner & outer condition to see if there is any damage, wet, hole, peculiar smell.

l Check the quantity of goods loaded and record the condition of outer packaging (master cartons/pallets).

l Randomly draw and open some cartons to verify that the goods meet with clients’ specification.

l Supervise the whole loading process.

l Seal the container with the custom’s seal and CGF seal.

l Record the seal No. and departure time of container.

  1. 100% inspection

The 100% inspection service (full inspection) is conducted when 100% of product was finished and checked by factories QC, we will check all product piece by piece according to product specifications, customers’ instruction to ensure the product is meet customer’s requirement.
