• First article inspection/initial production inspection

CGF inspection performs the first article inspection or initial production inspection prior to volume production. This verifies that product specifications are being met and avoids unnecessary rework later. By this inspection we know clearly about how much the supplier understand the product specification, verify the process appropriateness, detect and eliminate the problem proactively, get the cost controlled. Furthermore, production capacity, machine status and work environment will be evaluated as well at the initial production stage.

• In process inspection

Inspect the samples randomly selected from production process, ensuring that the products or semi finished products conform with the customer specification, address any problem early, reducing the rework time and cost, beyond the inspection, the production progress will be checked, any issue that can cause the order delay will be identified.

• Pre shipment inspection

During pre shipment inspection, our engineers verify the final finished product quality, evaluate the conformance with your specification, get the risk and cost controlled effectively.

• Sample pick up service

② container loading supervision
Container Loading Supervision (abbreviated to CLS), Sometimes is called

“container loading check”, is the final step in the manufacturing process and performed in the manufacturer’s warehouse or the forwarder’s premises. During a CLS, inspector will monitor the entire process to identify any issues during loading.

A CLS helps you to make sure that the final details of your product are correct and actual ordered quantity are securely loaded into your container before settling final payment.

③ Supplier factory audit

Factory Audit (abbreviated to FA), is an onsite factory audit on behalf of you at the manufacturer’s premises, same as FE, before you places an order to a new manufacturer. The goal of a FA is same as FE in nature—avoiding involving in a bind working with the wrong factory.

Generally a FA is supposed to be completed within two days (depending on the factory’s status and your special needs). A FA is more comprehensive than IFE and focuses on more details of factory‘s quality assurance system. Same to IFE, during Factory Audit, our auditor will record and take pictures of every key aspect for your reference to make you have actual feeling and sense about the factory before you sign the contract.
