Complete Polo T-shirts Pre-Shipment Inspection Checklist
Measure chest, body length, shoulder width, sleeve length, collar width and placket length. Compare all dimensions with approved size chart and strictly control tolerance range.
Check pique fabric for holes, stains, black spots, broken yarns and texture abnormality. For color-block polo shirts, focus on color matching between different panels to avoid obvious shade difference.
Examine collar flatness, no twist or wave edge. Inspect placket straightness, buttonhole neatness, button fastening strength and symmetrical alignment.
Check all seams for skip stitches, uneven stitch density, raw edges and excess loose threads. Ensure side seams, shoulder seams and sleeve joints are sewn smoothly.
For custom printed or embroidered polo shirts, verify pattern position, clarity, no crack, peeling, offset registration or color smudge.
Check main label, care label, size label and hangtags. Confirm text spelling, symbols, fiber composition and placement match buyer requirements.
Check folding method, polybag sealing, quantity per export carton, size & color assortment ratio. Verify shipping marks, customer logos and barcodes are printed correctly.
After on-site inspection, you will receive a complete inspection report including measurement records, defect photos and comprehensive quality assessment.
