CGF Inspection per-shipment inspection for Sweater
CGF provides professional Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) service for knitted sweaters before container loading. Our knitwear inspectors perform random sampling inspection according to international AQL standards. • Inspect knitting surface: dropped stitch, hole, thick/thin yarn, float yarn, stain, oil spot and snags.
• Check color shading, panel color matching, confirm consistent with approved lab dip & sample.
• Audit seam workmanship: shoulder seam, side seam, rib hem, cuff neatness and loose threads.
• Inspect collar shape, button attachment, zipper quality and embroidery/ Jacquard effect.
• Check main label, care label, size label, hangtag content, spelling and mounting position.
• Assess pilling appearance risk, yarn twist and washing stability if required.
• Inspect folding standard, polybag protection, carton assortment ratio and shipping marks.
