What Does CGF Inspection Check During Sourcing Service?

Step 1: Briefing

• You send us: product description, target unit price, quantity per order, quality standard, target shipping port.
• We confirm feasibility and the sourcing fee structure.

Step 2: Supplier Identification

• We search our pre-qualified factory database (3,000+ factories in 8 countries).
• For new categories, we run a fresh search via Alibaba, Made-in-China, industry fairs and local networks.
• We pre-screen 5–10 candidates per search and present 3–5 shortlist factories.

Step 3: Factory Verification

• Background check: business licence, export licence, years in operation.
• On-site visit by a CGF auditor (can be combined with the Factory Audit service).
• Sample collection: each shortlisted factory prepares a sample for your evaluation.

Step 4: Sample Consolidation

• Samples are consolidated in our Hong Kong or Shenzhen office.
• We check each sample against your spec, take photos, and ship them to you in one parcel.

Step 5: Price Negotiation (Optional)

• We obtain formal quotations, lead time and MOQ from the shortlisted factories.
• We negotiate on your behalf using the volume of your first order.

Step 6: Production Follow-up

• Once you place the order, we can continue with inline inspections, lab testing and final PSI to keep the factory accountable.
