Count finished goods quantity, confirm part model, serial marking match purchase order and technical specifications.
Test tube length, OD, wall thickness, bending radius, hole position spacing and overall assembly dimension, verify tolerance compliance.
Check aluminum tube surface for scratches, dents, black oxidation, sharp burrs, twist, flattening and irregular forming.
Examine welding joints for uniform bead, no crack, porosity, cold solder and assembly gap that may cause leakage risk.
On customer request, witness air tightness test and hydraulic pressure test to ensure no leakage under working pressure.
Check plastic protective film, foam padding, anti-rust treatment, wooden pallet stability, moisture-proof packing and printed shipping marks.
