During-Production Inspection (DPI)

A During-Production Inspection (DPI) is carried out when 10%–80% of your order is complete and packed. CGF inspectors go into the workshop, check finished and in-process units, and report defects while there is still time to correct them.

What We Check

• Workmanship and visual defects on produced units
• Conformance to specifications, materials, and approved sample
• In-process quality control records and operator training
• Production progress vs. order quantity and due date
• Packaging and labeling of already-packed cartons

Deliverables

Same-day on-site findings plus a formal report with photos and a clear recommendation: continue, correct, or escalate.
