CGF provides professional Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) service for denim jeans before shipment. Our garment inspectors perform random sampling based on international AQL standards in apparel factory. We check size measurement, washing appearance, stitching workmanship, accessories consistency and labeling quality, effectively avoid defective jeans being loaded into containers and reduce overseas customer complaints. Main inspection checkpoints for jeans:
• Measure full size spec against size chart: waist, hip, thigh, inseam, outseam, knee, leg opening.
• Inspect washing effect, color shade, fading uniformity, whisker, sandblast and destruction craft.

Complete Jeans Pre-Shipment Inspection Checklist
Measure full dimension including waist, hip, thigh, knee, inseam, outseam, leg opening. Compare actual data with approved size chart and control tolerance range.
Check denim washing effect, color shading, whisker, sanding, destroyed holes, printing and embroidery. Confirm no uneven fading, abnormal stain or water mark on garment surface.
Inspect denim fabric for hole, snag, oil spot, yarn defect, color contamination. Check stretch recovery performance for elastic denim jeans.
Examine seam straightness, stitch density, skip stitch, loose thread, raw edge, bartack strength at stress points including pocket corners and fly area.
Check zipper smooth sliding, button fastening strength, rivet tightness. Verify leather patch, woven label, care label, hangtag design, spelling and position match approved sample.
Inspect folding way, polybag protection, quantity per carton, size & color assortment ratio. Confirm shipping marks, barcode and customer logos are printed correctly.
After on-site inspection, you will receive a complete inspection report including measurement records, defect photos and comprehensive quality conclusion.
