CGF INSPECTION Pre-shipment inspection for FAN
CGF provides professional Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) service for electric fans before container loading. Our home appliance inspectors conduct random sampling inspection following international AQL standards. We control appearance defects, assembly clearance, running stability, noise volume and electrical safety performance, effectively avoid defective fans being shipped and reduce overseas buyer quality complaints. Main inspection checkpoints for electric fans:
• Confirm model, color and overall dimension against order and approved sample.
• Inspect plastic housing, fan blade, grille: scratch, crack, deformation, burr and color difference.
• Check assembly condition: loose screws, uneven gap, wobbly stand and poor fit between parts.
• Test multi-speed function, oscillation/head swing, switch sensitivity and remote control response.
• Monitor running noise, abnormal vibration, no strange rattling sound during operation.
• Inspect power cord, plug, internal wiring for compliance and safety risk.
• Check rating label, warning symbol, printing clarity and position.
• Verify foam inner protection, outer carton strength and correct shipping marks.

Complete Electric Fans Pre-Shipment Inspection Checklist
Check model number, color version, fan diameter, stand height and base size. Make sure all specifications match purchase order and approved sample.
Examine plastic casing, fan grill and fan blades for scratches, cracks, dents, injection burrs, color shading and printing defects.
Check screw tightness, assembly gaps between components. Test stand stability, check if the fan shakes abnormally when placed flat.
Verify each speed gear works normally. Test oscillation / auto head swing function, check switch and remote control sensitive response without delay or failure.
Start the fan at different speeds to listen for abnormal rattling, friction noise and excessive vibration.
Check power cable integrity, plug specification compliance. Ensure no exposed wires, overheating risk and safe insulation during continuous operation.
Examine voltage/power rating label, safety warning signs, barcode and brand logo. Confirm content, symbols and printing position conform to destination market requirements.
Check shockproof foam inner protection, carton compression resistance. Verify quantity per carton, assortment and shipping marks are printed accurately.
After on-site inspection, you will receive a full inspection report including appearance photos, function test records and comprehensive quality assessment.
