CGF Final Random Inspection(FRI) for Medical Masks, Surgical Masks & Medical Products
CGF provides Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI), also known as Final Random Inspection (FRI) for N95 respirators and medical protective masks. It is the most common inspection type to verify overall shipment quality. Normally, production should be finished and at least 80% of goods packed into export cartons before inspection. Main checkpoints for mask inspection:
• Verify mask specifications, construction standard, printing marking and individual packaging requirements
• Inspect appearance, non-woven fabric, nose clip, head strap welding and edge sealing quality
• Spot check filtration efficiency, breathing resistance and wearing tightness performance
• Assess export carton strength, moisture protection and shipping mark compliance
