CGF provides professional Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) service for textile fabrics before container loading. Our textile QC inspectors conduct random sampling inspection following international AQL standards. We control fabric weaving defects, width & gram weight consistency, color fastness, shrinkage rate and packaging compliance, effectively avoid defective fabric rolls being shipped and reduce overseas buyer quality complaints. Main inspection checkpoints for fabrics:
- Confirm fabric width, roll length, gram weight and color lot against purchase order and approved lab-dip sample.
- Inspect fabric surface: holes, stains, yarn jumps, uneven printing, streaks and color difference between rolls.
- Test physical performance: washing/rubbing color fastness, shrinkage rate, tensile strength and pilling resistance.
- Verify roll wrapping, export carton protection, composition labels and shipping marks.

Pre-Shipment Inspection will be arranged once over 80% bulk production is finished. Our experienced textile QC inspectors perform random sampling according to recognized AQL standards to evaluate overall quality consistency of finished fabric rolls.
