Initial Production Check (IPC) is performed when 10–20% of your order is already finished. It is a short, focused check that confirms the first production units match the approved golden sample and that the factory’s inline QC process is working — before defects get multiplied across the remaining 80% of the run. CGF inspectors compare first units against your golden sample, measure workmanship and function, and report within 24 hours.
