Rework and correction

Failed lots repaired under a plan you approve in writing: defect mapping, correction on dedicated benches, a full re-check of every unit and a bilingual closing report. The honest boundary is stated up front — hand work only, machinery jobs referred out rather than improvised.

Manual assembly and kitting

The post-production work that decides sellability: components fitted, kits consolidated, labels applied straight, gift boxes closed to retail standard. One station owns one operation, first-piece checks precede volume, and finished units flow directly into final inspection.

Warehousing and storage

A QC-linked buffer instead of a black hole: goods staged, counted and photographed on arrival, held in traceable batches, picked against your order list and released on your calendar — split drops and JIT timing included.

100% inspection and sorting

When statistics are not enough: every unit opened and checked against your written defect sheet, sorted into ship, rework or reject lanes, with the defect Pareto in the closing report for the conversation with your factory.

How the pieces connect

The point of running four services beside one inspection line is flow. A lot fails its pre-shipment inspection; it moves to correction the same week; corrected units pass the full screen; survivors go into storage; release follows your sales calendar; and the container loading is supervised from the same building. One chain of custody, one set of records — no handoffs where accountability goes fuzzy.

Why a QC company runs this floor

Correction done by the factory that made the defects grades its own homework. Here the people repairing the batch answer to you, not to the supplier, and the base’s release rule is absolute: nothing is stored or shipped that has not passed its check. Benches are general-purpose and manually operated, ESD-safe where the product demands it, with SOPs posted per station and defects held in segregated areas.
