What the inspection covers

• AQL sampling — cartons drawn at random by our inspector, never pre-picked by the factory
• Dimensions and specification — critical measurements checked against the drawing or golden sample
• Appearance and workmanship — judged against your defect sheet or agreed limit samples
• Function testing — powered and mechanical products exercised per specification
• Packing, labels and markings — carton condition, shipping marks, barcodes, market requirements
• Quantity and assortment — counted against the packing list before loading

Loading supervision included in the journey

For orders that need it, our inspector stays for container loading supervision: quantity and loading method verified at the factory, warehouse or terminal, container condition checked, sealing witnessed — the same team that judged the goods watches them enter the box.

The report, within 24 hours

Photo-documented, sampled to ISO 2859 / ANSI/ASQ Z1.4, with a clear pass or fail against your AQL. If it fails, the defect list becomes the working document for rework and correction at our own base — or for your claim against the factory.
