Two checks that prevent most disasters

Sample confirmation

Your golden sample or drawing becomes the contract. We check the supplier’s sample against your specification — dimensions, materials, finish, packaging — and record every deviation in writing. What the factory agrees to in the signed sample report is what the final inspection will judge against later.

Factory audit

Before the PO, an auditor spends a day on site verifying what the brochure claims:

• Business license, export record and the real ownership behind the name
• Equipment list walked and photographed — not copied from a website
• Production capacity against your volume and deadline
• Quality system: incoming control, in-process checks, final inspection practice
• Management and communication — who answers when something goes wrong

What you receive

A photo-documented audit report with a clear verdict and risk notes: proceed, proceed with conditions, or walk away. For sample confirmation, a signed comparison sheet showing spec, sample and verdict line by line.
