What is AQL Calculator?

CGF Inspection uses the internationally recognised AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) sampling system defined by ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 (USA) and ISO 2859-1 (international). This AQL Calculator gives you a quick reference table; the most common AQL setting for consumer goods inspection is 1.0 for critical defects, 2.5 for major defects, and 4.0 for minor defects.

• Lot size 26–50 → Sample 8.

• Critical: safety hazard, legal non-compliance, function-blocking.
