Rework and correction

Rejected batches are received, counted and photographed; defects judged against your criteria or agreed limit samples; a rework SOP drafted and started only on your written approval. Correction runs on dedicated benches in a dust-free workshop, with station-level ownership and ESD-safe stations where products require. After correction, every unit is re-inspected — not sampled — and functional tests run per specification with readings recorded.

Manual assembly and kitting

Post-production work runs on the same benches: component fitting, kit consolidation, labelling, instruction sheets inserted, colour boxes and gift boxes closed to retail standard, display builds packed for shipment. Finished units pass the full check before packing — the same discipline as the 100% inspection line.

The honest boundary

This is hand work — disassembly, part replacement, repair, cleaning, assembly. Jobs that need automated equipment, moulds or a production line are declined at assessment and referred to an equipped factory. A clean “no” costs less than a compromised batch.

What your report shows

Quantities in and out, final yield, defects by type, test readings, and floor photographs — in Chinese or English, within 24 hours of completion. Enough to claim against the supplier or release the goods with confidence.

Fixed fee, fast start
